Mounting
Plain Cylinder Wheels Glued on to Backplate
 1. The recess into which the wheel is to be inserted should be examined to ensure that it is thoroughly clean and free of any old adhesive material. 2. The recess should not have any burrs on the outside or inside wheel locations that might impair the entry of the wheel into the location groove.
A suitable synthetic adhesive should be applied to the groove.

3. The wheel should then be inserted into the adhesive label-first. Press the wheel firmly into the groove ensuring that it is square and concentric to the backplate. The adhesive should then be allowed to set in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
