1. Check that the
nut pattern on the wheel matches the pattern on the backplate
and any aligning dowels.
2. Place the disc (or cylinder) on a flat surface with the
nut face upwards.
3. Check that all nut inserts are free of dirt or any other
material that might restrict screw entry.
4. Check the back of the wheel is clean. |
5. Having previously checked the
backplate for damage, place it on the top of the wheel ensuring
that the holes are in line and that the wheel outside diameter
is concentric to the outside diameter of the backplate. |
